This same information is encoded in the monumental architecture and street layout of capital of the most powerful city in world history, Washington, DC.
The messenger, author S.K. Bain, worked in DC at one of the most influential political magazines of all time, published by international media mogul Rupert Murdoch. Prior to this, he worked for a magazine published by best-selling author John Grisham.
